Ernie Camerino

Ernie Camerino has joined Buttelman and Associates after a life-long career in education and administration. As a Florida Native, Mr. Camerino has served the Palm Beach County School District for over 35 years, 25 years as the Human Resources’ Manager for Retirement and Leaves. 
 
He graduated from Missouri Southern University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in both Elementary and Special Education grades K through 12. In addition, he also holds a Master’s Degree from Pittsburg State University in Kansas with an emphasis in curriculum writing. 
 
Ernie Camerino taught both Elementary Education and Special Education in Joplin, Missouri and Palm Beach County, Florida. In the late 1980’s he received his Administration Certification from Florida Atlantic University and transitioned his work from educator to District Administrator. 

In addition to Camerino’s passion for education, he also shares a love for the arts. In 1974, He was named South Plantation’s Vocalist of the year and received second place in a statewide student conducting competition. Currently, he sings with Third Row Center Singers, an a capella singing group that has performed at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ernie Camerino and his wife have five children and eight grand-children.
